Returns & Exchanges

Cult Modern takes great care in delivering products sold through our website and stores while adhering to the highest quality standards.
  1. As a policy, we do not offer returns or exchanges on all our products which are delivered in perfect condition as per the order placed. In the exceptional situation that the product doesn’t match the item in the order confirmation or has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect then we will gladly offer to extend full refund ( after receipt of such goods despatched by you in saleable condition with all original packing, tags, barcode, etc and approval by our quality inspection team ) or re-fulfilling your order (subject to availability).
  2. COVID 19 UPDATE: All orders will be Final Sale. Please review your orders carefully before finalising. There are expected to be delivery delays / disruptions due to COVID19 restrictions and you are requested to please be aware of the same and bear with us.


GENERAL

  1. To return or exchange a product or report damage in transit, please get in touch with our Customer Care within 48 hours of product delivery by email at shop.cultmodern@gmail.com and +918547516804 with your order number, date of transaction, delivery address and image of the wrongfully delivered or defective item.
  2. Please Check the products carefully once you receive them and mention any tampering of the package, missing item or damage/ breakage on the delivery receipt presented by the courier partner. Support this with all possible photos of the tampered parcel as well as the inside of the parcel etc.
  3. Retain the packaging of the damaged products received with all original packing, labels, tags etc. The insurance adjuster may need to survey the breakage. If reverse pickup is available for your location you would be advised ( not presently available due to COVID-19 ) ,else you would be asked to ship the item back to us at your cost.
  4. Our customer care team will look into the issue and revert back within five to seven working days ( excluding Sundays and holidays). The refund/ exchange will be processed once the goods are received from your end and it is approved by our quality team. Expect about 3 to 4 weeks for the process.


EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY

  1. Every return or exchange request is handled on a case by case basis. We request you to be in touch with our team with all necessary details for suitable resolution. Due to the nature of the products, we reserve the sole discretion to provide the resolution to any situation as we deem fit.
  2. No refunds would be provided if the customer has provided wrong or incomplete shipping address, there are 3 failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency and/or the package is refused by the recipient.
  3. For all International Orders if a customer refuses to pay the Duty as mandated by the respective country of shipment and doesn’t collect his/her order from the Shipping agency (like DHL, Fedex etc.), then we will not be liable to refund any amount for such orders. All duties and taxes enforced by customs or national authorities will solely be the responsibility of the customer.
  4. Products bought on our website cannot be exchanged or returned in store. We do not provide customisation of any products.
  5. Before accepting delivery of any merchandise, please ensure that it is in good condition and has not been tampered with. In case you receive a package, which you believe was damaged in transit, please retain the original packaging (alongwith price tags, invoices, labels etc.). After receipt of such goods at our end ( shipping to be borne by customer) , Our team will review the same and revert to you with the resolution. Additionally, please mention details about the damaged merchandise on the delivery receipt instead of signing it as 'received'.
  6. In all cases, our liability ( whether implied or not ) is limited to refund or replacement of the product ( subject to availability)
