Raw Mango

Raw Mango is a design label inspired by India's colors, cultures, and philosophies to establish its distinct identity. Founded in 2008, its connection with handloom craftsmanship grew into an exploration of potential.

Rooted in craft and community, Raw Mango brand collaborates with artisans across regions like Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, West Bengal, and Varanasi to modernize traditional techniques while establishing a fresh aesthetic language.

At the helm is Sanjay Garg, who hails from the village of Mubarikpur in Rajasthan. His textile design journey commenced in 2008, and he pioneered innovations in Chanderi, Madhya Pradesh. Garg's focus on yarn and weaving techniques has redefined visual aesthetics in Chanderi, inspiring further experiments in Mashru, Benarasi, and Ikat.

His process centers on continuous experimentation within established frameworks, pushing the boundaries of traditional craftsmanship while keeping the essence of India at its core with Raw Mango clothing.
